    1. Mixed Berry cheesecake
      1.digestive biscuits above 6 pieces and fine chopped, mixed with 50g melted butter and put together and make the crust base into cake tin
      2.Cream cheese 100g (whipped in soft )
      3.Eggs 2 (whipped in water bath)
      4.Sugar 40g
      5.Gelatin 2.5 sheets ( soaked and melted in water bath and mix above ingratiates)
      6.Cream 200g (whipped )
      7.lemon juice 1 tbsp ,Mixed berries 100g (mix the rest ingratiates and put into cake tin)
      8. Topping is strawberry jelly
